Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of upTrade, a simulated trading and learning platform. By using upTrade, you agree to these Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms
Nature of the Platform
upTrade is a paper trading / simulated trading platform.
- No real money trading is conducted
- No real financial instruments are bought or sold
- Virtual coins and balances have no monetary value
- Performance on upTrade does not represent real trading outcomes
User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities performed under your account
- Notifying us of unauthorized access
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Misrepresent simulated performance as real trading results
- Attempt to manipulate leaderboards or contests
- Reverse engineer or copy platform features
- Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- Distribute platform data, screenshots, or alerts commercially
Virtual Coins & Leaderboards
- Virtual coins are provided solely for simulated trading
- Coins have no real-world monetary value
- upTrade reserves the right to modify coin allocation, rules, or leaderboard logic at any time
- Rankings are indicative and for engagement purposes only
Intellectual Property
All content, software, design, branding, and platform features are owned by upTrade.
No rights are transferred to users beyond limited access for personal use.
Platform Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be suspended due to maintenance, technical issues, or misuse.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access without notice if:
- Terms are violated
- Platform misuse is detected
- Required by law or regulation
Limitation of Liability
upTrade shall not be liable for:
- Financial decisions made based on simulated performance
- Loss of data, rankings, or virtual balances
- Any direct or indirect damages arising from platform use
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Mumbai.
Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
